He holds an MBA in oil and gas management from Coventry University London. Serhiy advises clients on the issues of legal regulation of the electricity market, production and sale of oil and gas, import and transportation of natural gas. He has extensive experience in negotiating at the highest level, in particular as an expert in tripartite negotiations between Naftogaz, Gazprom and the European Commission on natural gas supplies to Ukraine. He has worked with concession agreements for oil and gas production in international jurisdictions. He also specializes in the protection of intellectual property rights at the international level, international trade, representation of clients' interests in negotiations with contractors and drawing up multimillion-dollar contracts.
